assemblies of the members.
It has the power to act on behalf of
the members when the situation
requires a swift and decisive
intervention, subject to the
subsequent approval of its members.
The executive committee is the link
between its units and the national
union office, it oversees the proper
functioning of the local and supports
its union units.
