term by its members across all its units.
The executive committee is the highest body of the local between the general assemblies of the members.
It has the power to act on behalf of the members when the situation requires a swift and decisive intervention,
subject to the subsequent approval of its members.

it oversees the proper functioning of the local and supports its union units.
